  • 1. Where are you located?

    I am based out of Mumbai, India but originally from Virginia, USA.

  • 2. Do you ship internationally?

    Yes, I do.

  • 3. How do I place an order?

    You can place an order by emailing me on dreamsbysapana@gmail.com with the outfit you want and I will guide you through the rest of the ordering process.

  • 4. What is your policy on order process?

    I require a 60% deposit to confirm the order. When the outfit is complete, I will send you a picture of the final outfit and once it is approved by you I will send you the final invoice. *Shipping charges will be added to the final invoice. The shipping amount depends on the weight of the outfit ordered.

  • 5. What is the best way to reach you?

    Emailing me at dreamsbysapana@gmail.com is the best way to reach me. I check my email every day, unless when I am traveling.

  • 6. Do you customize orders?

    Yes I do and very often at that. For example, if you want to change the style of the top, add embroidery to the waistband, change the colours etc it can all be done! Email me and I will guide you through the customizing process. As I mentioned above, I do this very often, so rest assure you will be in good hands if you decide to work with me. I handle each piece myself and will keep you posted at every stage so you know the status of your outfit from start to finish. That is my promise to you.

  • 7. How do I pay you?

    For international clients I have a PayPal account. You will find a ‘pay now’ button under the order tab. For PayPal, there is an approx. 3% transaction fee added on the total amount for US orders and an approx. 4% transaction fee added to the total amount for international orders. I also have Venmo for the US clients. For any other payment options, you can email and we can figure something out.

  • 8. How long does it take to complete an order?

    I usually require about 4 to 6 weeks to complete an order once it has been confirmed. This may vary depending on what item is ordered. There are a few elements which determine the delivery time. For example, fabric availability at the time of order, if the order is made from scratch & production status at the time of order. But if you have a deadline, I can usually work around your dates and make sure your outfit is delivered on time. I truly believe customer service is the most important part of my business and I continue to strive to work towards bettering my business every day!

  • 9. Do you offer different sizes?

    My sample pieces, that I sell are a size 34 (S) or 36 (M). I offer custom made as well as ready-made outfits. For information on custom orders email me at dreamsbysapana@gmail.com

  • 10. How do I get you my measurements?

    Once you have confirmed the order, I will send you a list of measurements I will need from you via email. Please use the measurement manual/guidelines under the 'Measure Me' tab to help you take your best measurements. If you get stuck, dont worry, just email me with your concerns and I will help you figure it out.

  • 11. Do you design bridal outfits?

    Yes I do. In the last few years I have created bridal outfits for brides from across the globe. I will work with you via email, Whats app and even phone conversations if it is needed. I can take any of the collection outfits and re-vamp it to make it more bridal or I can work with each bride to custom make their own wedding outfit from scratch. This is something that I take a lot of pride in doing because I know how important that one outfit is to every bride.   • 12. If I am in Mumbai, can I set up an appointment to meet you?

    Yes of course. I would be happy to meet you. Email me on dreamsbysapana@gmail.com to set up an appointment.

  • 13. Do I get what I see online?

    Yes you do. But keep in mind that the colors that show up on your computer may vary from the actual color in person. If the order is made to measure and the fabric is dyed, there might be some variations in color or if the same fabric is no longer available I will inform you about this beforehand so you are aware before placing the order. But not to worry because I will be sending you a final picture of your outfit so you will see what you will be getting before you make the full payment for the outfit. And for printed fabrics that are not available I will send you alterative options. As I have mentioned before, I work on every order myself so if you have any questions or concerns let me know and I will try my best to solve the issue at hand.

  • 15. I am not an online shopper and very nervous to order an Indian outfit online, what type of guarantee do you give on the outfit ordered?

    I can totally understand your hesitation and/or nervousness on ordering online, especially when you have not met me or seen the outfit in person. I personally handle every client that comes to me from start to finish and I understand the importance of quality work and try my very best to delivery just that.
